		<description><![CDATA[Girl it sounds like you need some serious R &amp; R time. But it is so hard to find when there are so many demands on our time.  And it seems everyone needs something. And usually that means NOW...LOL!!

Sounds like that personal sacrifice demon is winning right now. Just remember that you&#039;re no good to anyone if you&#039;re in the hospital. Hope you can find some time for yourself very soon.

I&#039;ve been working out on occasion with a friend of mine but once the runs and bikes start getting longer, that will be tough to do. 		<description><![CDATA[I have the same problem, and I need to learn to just say no to those people who make demands of me.  Sometimes I feel like my friends are trying to subconsciously sabotage my goals because they can&#039;t see how it could be important to me to train instead going for dinner.  I have even tried to incorporate social activities into my training, ie) going for a run/bikeswim with friends, but then after an hour they&#039;re done, and I need to keep going....doesn&#039;t work well either...I feel your pain :(]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[Great post!  Thanks for sharing the info on ontri.com.  I may try that myself.  I&#039;m really frustrated with trying to figure out how to fuel my body for my training and lose weight.  Tried several different things and nothing works.  Maybe this will help.  :)  

Been thinking about joining Weight Watchers with a friend but somehow I feel like I&#039;m wimping out or something.  Of course I guess there is nothing wrong with asking for help when you need it. But whatever I do I&#039;ve got to drop some weight or I&#039;m never going to get faster ;)

And look forward to the post on strength training.  I have that same issue.  I have a workout I can do but then it thows off my run/spin the next day.  ARGH!! Wish I had a magic wand to just give me the wisdom.  Of course probably wouldn&#039;t appreciate it if it were that easy.  And I think that is part of the point. But good for you for the gym membership.  I look at my dues every month and think do I really need to spend this money? The answer: YES! While it may be considered a &#039;luxury&#039; by some if I want to achieve my goals...it is a necessity.  

I don&#039;t have a new car. I don&#039;t have the latest fashions.  In fact I won&#039;t even mention the last time I bought a new outfit...or new shoes. But I can have a gym membership that helps keep me sane. And I use the heck out of it... :) 

Keep your chin up! It does get better...I think...LOL!
